Over the past two years the TPAS Connecting People Awards have been recognising and rewarding Tenants and people that work with tenants from Landlords and Contractors for the excellent work they have been doing in Communities across England.
Tenants such as Linda Fletcher from Ashton Pioneer Homes and Mike Groom from Gloucester City Homes have been crowned winners of the Tenant of the year category and Tenant Liaison Officers from Higgins Construction, MITIE, Aragon Housing Association and Shepherds Bush Housing Association have been winners in their respective categories. However there are more stars out there and these are the people we want to hear about.
In 2010, Connectin Housing for the 3rd year will be again ‘Connecting People’ by hosting The TPAS Awards and rewarding tenants and people who work in communities across England.
Each award will be contested in three regions, North, Midlands and Southern. There will be an awards dinner to announce the regional category winners, who will then go forward to the final. This will be held on the Saturday night of the TPAS Annual Conference & AGM on the 24th July 2010 where the overall winner of each category will be announced. Entries are welcome from TPAS members and non members including tenants, registered social landlords, local authorities & ALMOs, and companies who work in the social housing sector in England.
All nominations will be judged by TPAS.
