The 2012 TPAS Awards were the biggest and best to date with a mass of inspiring nominations and soon it will be time for 2013's to begin
2012 Tenant of the Year - Caroline Benford - The Hyde Group
The awards are open to social housing providers, tenants and contractors to give recognition to excellent work and vitally, to share best practice among the sector so more people benefit.
Three regional (Northern, Central and Southern) award ceremonies are held to determine the best in each area before the overall winners are unveiled at the grand final held during the TPAS Annual Conference event.
As ever, the judges will reward tenants who go the extra mile, innovative pioneering schemes and team efforts that make communities safer and more desirable places to live.
TPAS is one of the longest-serving tenant organisation in Europe with over 20 years experience informing and supporting tenant and landlord members to challenge, influence and control how their housing services should be delivered.
